This will be a more in-depth, personalized dive into the sport. Each lesson will be tailored to your personal needs and goals. This option is best for the people who want to find their true potential in BMX racing. You learn what is important in racing from on the bike skills, nutritional ideas and plans, and off the bike training plans.
$120 per session per person
or
$60 per hour per person
This is a broadened dive into the sport. We will take a look into many techniques including, but not limited to, corners, jumping, manuals, gates, and overall, on the bike skills. We will work on off the bike techniques to help you get better at riding and increase physical strength.
Every Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
$20 per rider
Family Rate: $20 for first rider and $10 for each additional rider
We are proud to be partnered with Heather Coe to offer CPR and Basic Life Support classes. Heather Coe is American Heart and American Red Cross certified to teach this class. At Wellness Wheel Training we believe everyone should be certified because it is not if something happens, but when.
BLS Class overview:
Basic Life Support (BLS) The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Who should take this course?
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen); use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). It's intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital. For certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals.

The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components
Important early use of an AED
Effective ventilations using a barrier device
Importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR
Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED Training
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course trains participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Who should take this course?
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

Jack Eastman, CEO of Wellness Wheel Training, is a certified Water Safety Instructor. We believe in safety first and foremost including water safety. A private lesson is one child receiving 6 weeks of swim lessons. They will be developing swimming skills and learning safety in and around water. The topics covered and taught during the lessons will vary for each child.
$75 for 6 lessons
Jack Eastman, CEO of Wellness Wheel Training, is a certified Water Safety Instructor. We believe in safety first and foremost including water safety. A semi-private lesson is two-four children of equal skill levels receiving 6 weeks of swim lessons. They will be developing swimming skills and learning safety in and around water. The topics covered will vary depending on the skill level of the children. They can learn basic skills for beginner children, up to advanced skills for the higher-level children. This option is great for families with multiple children close in age.
$75 per child for 6 lessons
